Features
The first floor bedroom has a standard double bed with sitting area and attached bathroom.
Filled with antiques and whimsical touches, the cozy decor and original bead-board on the walls
remind us of the vintage of this old farm cabin.

The loft bedroom has one twin bed and a full size double bed. There is plenty of floor space under the
skylights for game playing, puzzles, or reading. It is a cozy place that seems to appeal especially to children.
The under bed drawers are full of old favorites like Monopoly and Parcheesi and puzzles. There are also
books for all ages about nature and the history of the North Carolina mountains. Many are by local authors
with plenty of stories specific to this beautiful and rugged area.

The Farm Cabin is a remodeled 1800's farm house with timber-framing elements.  It features an open floor
plan with a cathedral ceiling and a second bedroom in the loft.  It is perfect for a small family or two couples.
Nine skylights keep the cabin filled with light.  Two covered porches and an open deck area invite you to
spend hours in our mosquito free summers.  This cabin rents for $150 per night for up to 5 people,
additional $25 per person per night for the 6th and 7th.

We have anticipated your needs in the well equipped kitchen. Whimsical antiques fill the beams and delight
the eye.  The satellite TV and VCR are ready with a great supply of  tapes and highspeed internet. Upon
your arrival at this cabin, we provide you with a loaf of warm homemade bread, and our farm made soap.
Plan your visit now to this peaceful rural farm outside Hot Springs, NC!
We had a wonderful time, it's
so quiet and relaxing.  We
would love to come back-
hopefully in the summer so we
can help on the farm.  Our big
regret is that we don't live here!

Thanks for providing a great
getaway.  It is so nice to be
forced to give up cell phone
service and continual
interruptions to our time away.
We enjoyed the delicious
bread and jam, the hot tub, and
Kate keeping us safe.

We had a fantastic time playing
with Pearl the chicken and
milking Cinnamon.  The
cottage is amazingly beautiful
and we found something new
each day;. Thank you so much
for the eggs and the delicious
cheese.  We hope we can
come back!

Words cannot describe how
much we enjoyed our 4 days at
your farm.  It has been the
perfect respite from our crazy
lives at home.  The Farm
Cabin is beautiful and very
comfortable.  The animals
were fun to watch, and the
dogs... Well Katie sure won
several hearts.  The stars, the
Blue Ghosts, the frogs- Nora
said it best, "This is a great
place to be in nature."
We greatly appreciate your
wonderful hospitality.  Tom,
your stories were delightful
and your handiwork inspiring.
Judie, your knowledge of the
people and places in this area
is amazing.  You are both
fascinating people.  We so
enjoyed talking with you.  We
look forward to doing it again
someday.  We definitely flan to
return.  We wish you all the
best. Thank you so much for
the awesome experience that
we enjoyed here.
