Check-in time is 3:00pm; check-out time is 11:30am.

• A two night minimum is required on weekends (Friday & Saturday).
• A three night minimum is required for the following holidays: New Years, Memorial Day weekend, July 4th, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

We accept PayPal for all reservations.

Your payment is refundable less a $25 cancellation fee if we are notified of your cancellation at least 21 days before your check in date. If your cancellation is received less than 21 days before your check in date, your payment will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. While our weather is usually wonderful, we cannot guarantee it to be so during your stay. Inclimate weather does not alter our cancellation policy.

The Sweet Briar Cabin sleeps up to three guests. This occupancy is non-negotiable. Any violation of this policy will result in forfeiture of all fees and the immediate eviction of all guests. It is the responsability of the booking guest to limit the occupancy to the posted limit.

No indoor smoking is allowed. When smoking outside, please be sure to dispose of your trash safely and properly.
